Photocean 没有自己的服务器，不收集任何数据，也不含广告或第三方统计工具。照片只在此设备与你的服务器之间传输。
媒体源
你添加的服务器地址和账户名保存在此设备上，密码保存在系统钥匙串中。照片只会发送到你添加的服务器。
地名
为了按地点搜索，Photocean 会通过系统地图服务，根据照片的坐标查询地名。每次只发送一个坐标，不附带照片、文件名、拍摄时间或人物。查到的地名保存在此设备上，同一位置只查询一次。
- 照片图库中的照片：iOS 已查询过相同的坐标，不会增加新的信息暴露。
- 仅在服务器上的照片：它们的坐标会首次发送给系统地图服务，这是新增的信息暴露。
- 地图底图只按你浏览的区域加载，与你有哪些照片无关。
系统地图服务由 Apple 提供，其数据处理适用 Apple 隐私政策。
iCloud 备份
打开“iCloud 备份”后，以下数据会备份到你自己的 iCloud：
- 媒体源的地址、账户名与名称
- 所有设置
- 照片图库的隐藏清单
- 人物的隐藏、收藏与出现频率
- 已删除的回忆
- 去过的地点（约百米精度）与地名
- 照片的标签与评分
- 识别相似照片用的特征数据（无法还原成图像）
- 回忆及其标题（含你改过的回忆里的照片）
后四项需解锁后才会备份。
隐藏清单只记录照片图库中照片的拍摄时间、尺寸和文件名，用于在新设备上识别这些照片，不含照片本身。服务器上照片的隐藏状态保存在服务器上，不在备份中。
人物只记录服务器分配的编号和你的设置，不含名字和面孔。已删除的回忆只记录由类型、主题和时间段生成的标识，用于在新设备上不再生成。
地点是坐标归入约百米见方格子后的结果，不是每张照片的原始坐标。标签与评分是在此设备上分析得到的结果，备份后换机无需重新分析。相似照片的特征数据是一串数值，无法还原成图像。
回忆只记录有哪些回忆及其标题；你修改过的回忆另外记录其中照片的拍摄时间、尺寸和文件名，不含照片本身。
备份中不含密码、照片、缩略图和照片索引。密码只保存在此设备的钥匙串中，换机恢复后需重新登录每个媒体源。
备份存放在你自己的 iCloud 中，Photocean 无法读取。你可以随时在“设置”>“iCloud 备份”中关闭备份或删除已有备份。
诊断记录
诊断记录只保存在此设备上，只有你导出时才会离开此设备。记录中不含照片、密码、服务器地址和账户名。
权限
照片图库用于显示、整理和备份此设备上的照片；本地网络用于连接局域网中的服务器；面容 ID 用于打开“已隐藏”和“最近删除”；通知用于提醒新的回忆。你可以随时在“设置”App 中更改。
删除本 App 即清除保存在此设备上的媒体源、地名与诊断记录。
购买
购买和订阅由 App Store 处理，Photocean 不会获取你的付款信息。

Photocean has no servers of its own and collects no data. It contains no ads or third-party analytics. Your photos travel only between this device and your server.
Sources
The server addresses and account names you add are stored on this device, and passwords are kept in the system keychain. Photos are sent only to servers you add.
Place Names
To let you search by place, Photocean looks up place names from photo coordinates using Apple's map service. Each request sends only one coordinate, with no photo, file name, capture time, or people. Place names are stored on this device, and each location is looked up only once.
- Photos in your photo library: iOS has already looked up the same coordinates, so no new information is shared.
- Photos only on your server: their coordinates are sent to Apple's map service for the first time. This is newly shared information.
- Map tiles load only for the area you're viewing, regardless of which photos you have.
The map service is provided by Apple, and its handling of data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
iCloud Backup
When iCloud Backup is on, the following data is backed up to your own iCloud:
- Source addresses, account names, and names
- All settings
- Hidden items in your photo library
- People you've hidden, favorited, or featured more or less
- Deleted memories
- Places you've been (to about 100 m) and their names
- Photo tags and scores
- Data for spotting similar photos (can't be turned back into images)
- Memories and their titles, including photos in memories you edited
The last four items are backed up after you unlock.
The hidden list records only the capture time, size, and file name of photos in your photo library, so they can be recognized on a new device. It doesn't include the photos themselves. Hidden photos on your server are recorded on the server, not in this backup.
People are recorded only by the IDs your server assigns and your settings, without names or faces. Deleted memories are recorded only as identifiers generated from their type, theme, and time period, so they aren't created again on a new device.
Places are coordinates rounded to a grid of about 100 m, not each photo's original coordinates. Tags and scores are analysis results from this device, backed up so a new device doesn't need to analyze again. Similar-photo data is a set of numbers that can't be turned back into images.
Memories are recorded only by which memories exist and their titles. For memories you edited, the capture time, size, and file name of their photos are also recorded, without the photos themselves.
Passwords, photos, thumbnails, and the photo index are never included. Passwords are kept only in this device's keychain, so you'll sign in to each source again after restoring on a new device.
The backup is stored in your own iCloud, and Photocean can't read it. You can turn off backup or delete it anytime in Settings > iCloud Backup.
Diagnostic Logs
Diagnostic logs are stored only on this device and leave it only when you export them. They contain no photos, passwords, server addresses, or account names.
Permissions
Photo library access is used to show, organize, and back up photos on this device. Local network access is used to connect to servers on your network. Face ID is used to open Hidden and Recently Deleted. Notifications tell you about new memories. You can change these anytime in the Settings app.
Deleting the app removes the sources, place names, and diagnostic logs stored on this device.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Photocean never receives your payment information.
